White Stores Anticipates Huge Year of Growth
With the warm weather expected to start early this year, with Valentine’s Day being the warmest day of the winter so far, White Stores is anticipating a huge year for the garden furniture industry and here we reveal our plans to handle customer demand.
At White Stores, we pride ourselves on our top-quality products, innovative design and competitive prices, putting us as one of the forerunners within the garden furniture industry. But with a huge summer anticipated there is plenty to look at in order to ensure we deliver the top level of customer service our customers expect. Here is what we plan to do to guarantee our customers are satisfied and prepared for summer:
Stock Arriving Early
In previous years, much of our stock has not arrived until late spring/early summer. However, this year much of our stock will be arriving in early spring to anticipate the demand for garden furniture as the weather heats up earlier.
If you’re shopping on our website you will see pre-order dates available for items that aren’t currently in stock and most of these products are anticipated in March and April, ready for a lovely spring.
We feel that showrooms are incredibly important for people to be able to see what they are buying, test the furniture for themselves, measure up and get advice from knowledgeable members of staff, which is why we will be opening a number of new showrooms this year.
Our current showrooms reside in Wickford, Enfield and Ipswich, and in the next couple of months we will be opening new showrooms across the country in Windlesham, Bristol and Shropshire. We also have plans for even more showrooms in 2020 in areas like Kent, Oxford, and Cardiff.
Opening more showrooms around the country gives our customers the opportunity to view our furniture in a store that is closer to them. We have seen people travel for hours to visit our Wickford showroom as it has over 200 sets on display and is the largest garden furniture showroom in the UK. If we can provide customers with more stores, closer to them and more convenient for them we believe customers will be increasingly satisfied with their level of service.
White Stores is currently looking into an assembly service for our garden furniture. Though the majority of our furniture is fully assembled and simply requires unboxing, we are aware that a pallet delivery can look daunting and that many of our customers would enjoy an assembly service.
For more information on whether there is an assembly service currently available in your area, please contact the customer service team before placing your order.
White Stores is also looking at developing their website to improve the look, layout and feel of the website. “We currently get lots of compliments on how easy our website is to use and how customer friendly it is, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved,” our marketing manager shared. “We have plans to implement a ‘shop the look’ section allowing consumers to find everything they can see in a photograph and replicate the look completely, plans for live chat and order tracking, as well as larger images, all to aid the consumer’s experience.”
White Stores’ customer service team and warehouse team will be growing in order to handle the anticipated influx of calls, and shipments being made. The plan will be to reduce hold times and get orders out quicker, making the consumer’s experience better from start to finish.
If you’re looking for garden furniture to arrive in time for spring, we recommend visiting our showroom or speaking to one of our customer service agents for advice and information on delivery times.
