Delivery Information

Delivery Services will vary due to the weight and size of the items purchased and the courier service that is used. The Standard Delivery Service is 5 days*. For products under £50 - Standard Delivery = £4.95 For products over £50 - Standard Delivery = FREE

Small Items and accessories are available to be sent on a 48 Hour Delivery Service with the option to upgrade to a Next Day Service or Saturday Delivery. When this option is available it will be shown in the product area and in the shopping cart, when you purchase the item.

Next Day Delivery = £6.95

Saturday Delivery = £19.95

For Next Day Service your order must be placed by no later than 11:00 am in order to qualify for delivery on the next working day.

For Saturday Delivery your order must be placed by no later than 11:00 am on the Friday in order to qualify for delivery on that Saturday.

Larger Item eg Dining Sets or Corner Groups, are placed on a 5 day delivery service, this is due to the item having to be palletised and delivery arranged with a courier.

*unless otherwise specified on product. Some delivery areas will have an additional delivery charge.

Free Delivery These charges are competitive and fair, and are based on our standard 5-7 day delivery service. For any other options please contact us at enquiries@whitestores.co.uk

Free delivery is offered on selected products; please check the quick overview section of the product to see if a delivery charge is incurred.

Zone A

All postcodes in England and Wales will have our standard delivery charges applied. 

If you wish to take advantage of our Next Day Service the delivery charge will be £6.95 and Saturday Delivery will be £19.95.

If you choose The Next Day Service or the Saturday Delivery Service this will be the only delivery charge applied to your order. What is more, it does not matter how many items are in your shopping cart the delivery charge is the same.

Zone B

Postcodes DD, DG, EH, FK1 - FK19, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD. AB1 - AB25, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH14 will have an additional £2.00 charge.

If you wish to take advantage of our Next Day Service the delivery charge will be £8.95 and Saturday Delivery will be £21.95.  

If you choose The Next Day Service or the Saturday Delivery Service this will be the only delivery charge applied to your order. What is more, it does not matter how many items are in your shopping cart the delivery charge is the same.

Zone C

Postcodes AB26 +, FK20 +, IV, KW1 - KW14, PA20 - PA38, PH15 + will have an additional £8 charge.

If you wish to take advantage of our Next Day Service the delivery charge will be £14.95 and Saturday Delivery will be £27.95. 

If you choose The Next Day Service or the Saturday Delivery Service this will be the only delivery charge applied to your order. What is more, it does not matter how many items are in your shopping cart the delivery charge is the same.
