Description
The Balnea water feature is part of our peaceful Serenity collection. The Serenity range is a modern luxury collection designed for neat and modern gardens to improve the look and feel of any luxury space. Water features are designed to bring peace and serenity as well as wildlife to any outdoor space and this water feature will do that in abundance. The Balnea is a smooth, flowing design that would sit well on any modern patio.
The Hellas looks as though it is created from thick concrete bowls, however, this gorgeous water feature is made from a lightweight GRC material, that is protected against bad weather and much easier to transfer from place to place - when filled with water this product will become heavier and sturdier. Plus, it is protected against UV rays and is frost resistant.
The water feature can hold 14.42L of water and we recommend it is filled with tap water. There is no special cleaning involved in maintaining the water feature, simply change the water within once a week and clean any dirt with a cloth.
The flow control valve allows you to adjust the stream of water and the pump wattage is 6W. The 5m lead cable allows you to reach your nearest plug socket - we recommend using an indoor plug or a suitably covered outdoor socket.
The item weighs 9kg and will require some assembly of the pump.

Returns Information
We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something.
Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
