We endeavour to offer the best price available on all of our branded and own brand products. However, if you find one of our garden furniture sets cheaper elsewhere then we will offer our price match promise to match the price of our competitor.

When Will We Price Match?

Found one of our sets cheaper elsewhere? We will price match the item if:

• You can provide us with evidence of where you have seen the set cheaper online. This could be a link to the product itself or just the name of the website so that we can go ahead and find the offer.
• The offer on our competitors are offering the same inclusions, we will be happy to price match. For example, if our product comes with a free parasol or cover then the other retailer must also be offering the same deal.
• The product is of exactly the same quality as our own product. For example, a product that is sold in the same condition as our product would be a brand-new item, sold in its original packaging and not ex-display stock or previously returned items.
• Both we and the other retailer have the item in stock and ready to be delivered.

When Do We Have The Right To Refuse To Price Match?

On a very rare occasion we will have to turn down a price match request. This may be the case if:

• The lower price is well below the market standard and would mean that we as a business suffer a loss.
• The cheaper offer is only available in store and not an online offer.
• Either ourselves or the other retailer is out of stock of the item.
• The item is cheaper elsewhere due to a sitewide discount code that is applied at checkout.
• The item is not of the same quality as the product we offer. E.g. the item is ex-display or a lesser quality material.
• We are offering free inclusions such as a free cover, parasol or base and the other offer does not include these items.
