Description
The Nova - 2kW Electric Parasol Heater is a parasol heater with a difference. The 2kW heater can attach to a dining set parasol, fitting poles from 25mm to 60mm, to warm your dining area and keep your guests comfortable. The heater can also connect to a cantilever parasol using a parasol chain which is sold separately and can be found here.
The Quartz Bulb heater is multifunctional as it can also be used as a light which is ideal for your outdoor dining area. There are 2 switches to control the 3-pronged heater which allow you to choose from 4 heat settings: all on (2kW), one on(650W), two on(1300W), or all off. This is incredibly energy saving as it allows you to only heat and light up the areas you need. The overall heating area covered when all 3 prongs are turned on is 16sqm.
This heater is 4x more efficient than a gas heater and is also incredibly cost-effective. You can run your heater from as little as 9.1p per hour for up to 5000 hours. The parasol heater is an electric heater and will need to be plugged in. There is a 1.8m British power cable included which is plenty of length to reach your nearest plug socket.
The parasol heater is fully collapsible which is extremely useful for storing away or for folding down when you close your parasol. Plus, the safety cage included provides great protection against the hottest parts of the lamp which allows you to dine in peace.

We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something.
Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
