  • What are the current stock levels for your products

    We've made our product stock levels clear on our website, and all our products will have one of three statuses:

    In stock with our estimated delivery time, pre-order with our estimated delivery date, and out of stock.

    Missed this on the product page? Don't worry, as we also include these delivery timescales again in your basket.

  • Do I need a left-hand or right-hand corner sofa set? 

    Imagine sitting in the corner where both sides meet looking out at the view; if the left-hand side needs to be longer, then we would suggest purchasing the left-hand version and if the right-hand side needs to be longer we would suggest purchasing the right-hand version.   

    To understand how we determine which is a left-hand or right-hand version imagine sitting on the set, if the longer arm is to your left, it is the left-handed orientation, if the longer arm is to the right, it is the right-handed version. 

  • What's the difference between rattan weaves? 

    Flat weave rattan is a combination of 2 tone colours, namely mixed brown and mixed grey and is often cheaper than other rattan styles. It's also the most lightweight, making it easy to move around.  

    Half-round weave is the more expensive style of rattan weave and also the heaviest, making it incredibly durable. Half-round rattan comes in 2 different colours, Willow (natural) and White Wash.  

    M weave is our newest rattan style, this weave is a mixture of flat and half-round but in appearance, it is more raised creating an "M" appearance.  

    Another thing to note on our weaves is the warranty period. The flat and M weave collections come with a 5-year warranty and the half-round/full rod weave comes with a 7-year warranty.  

    All of our weaves are made from PE (Polyethylene) synthetic rattan, PE rattan is the highest quality, longest-lasting, and requires the least maintenance. We do not sell PVC or PU rattan as this is of inferior quality.

  • Do I need to create a White Stores account to purchase?

    When purchasing at White Stores, we ask our customers to create an account. This is so all the little details about your order, including tracking, can be kept in the same place that's easy for you to access. Plus, it makes it easier to order again in the future!

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    Of course! We have a designated sales team in our customer experience department, who are highly knowledgeable and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have as well as placing an order over the phone.

  • Will I receive a tracking link?

    You will receive a dispatch email with the tracking link once your order has shipped. Please note that the tracking link may only become active the following morning as shipping sometimes takes place overnight. If your tracking link is not active more than 48 hours after shipping, please contact us.

  • I haven't received my confirmation email. When should I expect this?

    Order confirmation usually takes around 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk folder if not received after this time. If you still haven't received your confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact our customer services team.

  • Which store has the biggest range of products and the largest showroom?

    Where it all started; our Essex flagship store boasts over 200 sets on display spread out over two floors. That's not to say that our other stores aren't worth a visit too - all of our stores have plenty to see. If you want to know if a particular set is on display we would recommend phoning the store ahead of your visit. 

  • Are dogs allowed in your showroom?

    Yes, not only are your furry friends allowed in our showrooms, they are welcomed! In fact, nothing makes our day more than a dog we can pet! We have plenty of water bowl stations and we can probably find a treat they can enjoy too. Plus, you need to make sure the most important member of the house approves of your new furniture.

  • I have received the wrong item

    Please email us at [email protected] with the order number and pictures of the box clearly showing the name of the item, and the contents of the box.
