Remove the cover end, fill with your favourite wood chips or pellets, put the cover end back on and place either on or near the lit burner. Close the lid to keep that smoky goodness inside the griller. When it stops smoking, simply refill it with the wood chips, but be careful as it will be hot!

Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
