Description
The Thalia 2 Seat Bistro Set comes with a 7-year guarantee to give peace of mind for years to come. As with all Nova furniture, this set is manufactured using 100% Aluminium powder coated frames which ensures rust will not occur at any time. With every dining chair, you receive padded seat and back cushions and only high quality luxurious foam and fibre fillings are used within these cushions. All seat cushions are zipped to allow for machine washing at 40°C, back cushions are dry clean only.
This high quality set has been designed using a mixture of full rod and half rod rattan. It has been woven very well and extremely tightly around the frames so no sagging or movement will occur over time.
All Nova Heritage products are manufactured using exclusive Duracore Rattan which has been specially designed to withstand all weather conditions including rain, snow, sun and frost. This set can be left outside all year round and only requires warm soapy water or a light jet wash to clean.

Returns Information
We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something.
Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
