Can I test and try the furniture in the showrooms?
Yes, you can.
We know that some online shoppers like to see, touch and try out their garden furniture before making a final purchasing decision. That's why White Stores has garden furniture on display in Essex and Surrey showrooms allowing our customers to do just that.
Can I place an order in-store?
Of course! Our friendly showroom team will be able to assist with any queries, perform demonstrations on how the furniture works, as well as place an order for you.
Which store has the biggest range of products and the largest showroom?
Where it all started; our Essex flagship store boasts over 200 sets on display spread out over two floors. That's not to say that our other stores aren't worth a visit too - all of our stores have plenty to see. If you want to know if a particular set is on display we would recommend phoning the store ahead of your visit.
If the item is out of stock, can I still see this in your showroom?
When looking on our website you have the option of filtering with the ‘on display’ filter, so you are able to view what can be seen in that showroom.
If no showrooms are listed on the actual website page for a set then that means the item is not currently in any showroom.
Are dogs allowed in the showoom?
Yes, not only are your furry friends allowed in our showrooms, they are welcomed! In fact, nothing makes our day more than a dog we can pet! We have plenty of water bowl stations and we can probably find a treat they can enjoy too. Plus, you need to make sure the most important member of the house approves of your new furniture.
