  • Can I place an order over the phone?


    Of course. We have a designated sales team in our customer experience department, who are highly knowledgeable and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have as well as placing an order over the phone.

  • Can I pay cash at a showroom?


    Cash is always welcome! You can use cash in our Essex, Surrey, and Cambridge showrooms.

  • I want a leave a review


    We gladly accept all forms of feedback. To leave a review on the service received, we would suggest you use review sites like Trustpilot and Google.

    As a family-run business reviews and feedback are very important to us. Should you have any issues with your order, product or delivery please send us an email directly before leaving us a review so we can resolve this in the best way possible. 

    If you have any delivery-related issues that are not related to the high level of customer service we offer or the product then please leave feedback on the carrier's review pages but also let us know, so we can forward it to the relevant couriers on your behalf.

    If you would like to send us a review of your product, we would suggest you do this on the White Stores website. To do this, find the product you would like to review and scroll to the bottom of the page where it states add review. You can also add photos of your product if you wish, which we would highly recommend for others to see.

  • Do you have discount codes available?


    Only promotional codes directly appearing on White Stores' web page are valid. We display these as clear as possible when available.

    We are aware there may be third-party websites promoting expired discount codes - which are not valid.
    Please be aware we are not affiliated with any third-party companies and are in no way linked to any promotions they are offering.

  • My discount code is not working?


    If you enter a code when ordering online and the code is not accepted, this is due to the promotional period having expired. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alternative discount promotions for higher value orders

  • If I get finance, will it start before or after I get the items delivered?


    A deposit of 30% will need to be paid once the finance has been accepted. The payments will start 28 days after the first part of your order has been delivered.

    We offer four different finance options;
    6 months at 0% APR and we offer 12, 18 and 24 months at 14.9% APR.

  • How do Klarna refunds work?


    Once we have received the items, we will register the refund against your order to Klarna. Any remaining payments with Klarna will be cancelled by them, and the already paid amounts will be refunded by Klarna to the original payment method. This can take up to 14 days for the funds to clear. 

  • What happens to my order if my credit with Klarna is not approved?


    If you are declined for finance for any reason, you will need to approach Klarna directly - White Stores is not privy to information such as why a finance application is denied.

    White Stores Ltd is an introducer of unregulated credit products provided exclusively by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Finance is only available to permanent UK residents aged over 18, subject to status, terms and conditions apply.

  • How do I return an unwanted item?


    If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. It is also important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.

    You would need to contact us either by telephone or email to process a returns authorisation form. You would need to both arrange for a courier to return the goods to us. Any charges incurred would be the customer's responsibility.
    Once the goods have been returned and received by our warehouse we will process a refund which can take a further 5-7 working days to process back to the account that you have paid with. 
    It is essential that any items returned are sent on a trackable service that requires a signature. We are not responsible for goods where a POD (proof of delivery) cannot be provided.
    If you need any additional information, please send us an email using the submit a request form at the bottom of the page, please provide us with as much information as possible, including your order number and photos if needed.

  • How long does it take to be refunded?


    We allow up to 10 working days to inspect returned items for any faults or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

    If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.

  • Do you have gift vouchers?


    What a generous gift giver you are! We don't currently have vouchers but it's something we're working on. In the meantime, if you want to give a voucher to our stores as a gift, please still reach out, we'll be happy to make something for you!

  • I paid a deposit but my furniture doesn't arrive for some time, do I have to pay any increases if the price changes?


    No. The price will stay the same as when you made the deposit, as you have purchased before the new prices have taken effect.
